HARDCOVER BOOKS
Hardcover case is the main sign of quality
book production.
Hardcover books have a classic look and give a premium-class feel. Hardcover determines the book’s durability and ease of reading. Book production using hardcover cases ensures the safety and longevity of your work for many decades, guaranteeing their long-term utility.
A hardcover book may have a flat or a round spine, depending on the preferences of the client. Lamination of the cover increases durability, while foiling, spot UV varnish and embossing make the book more impressive.
It is also possible to apply:
-
cover materials:
canvas, textiles, artificial leather, combinations of various materials; - dust jackets;
- coloured or sealed endpapers;
-
additional details:
ribbons, pockets, stickers, etc.
PAPERBACK BOOKS
The main advantages of paperback books are their reasonable price and faster production process. Softbound books with glue binding can be made with both non-stitched and stitched text blocks. For thinner editions, it is recommended to use saddle-stitched binding or Wire-O binding.
The cover can be made stronger upon request (provides better durability), but it can also be made from the same paper as the text block paper, reducing product costs. It is also possible to produce a cover with valves. To increase durability or make the product more appealing, we recommend applying various options such as lamination, foiling, spot UV varnish, embossing, etc.
