file preparation and sharing tips
Creating your dream book is an exciting journey, and we’re here to ensure the process is both seamless and enjoyable.
Once we receive your files, our dedicated team will review them for any issues and provide an estimate for the date of completion. Should we identify any errors, we will promptly notify you. Minor revisions can be made by us for an additional fee.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to assisting you every step of the way to achieve the best possible result for your book.
What do we need to get started?
We accept professionally prepared PDF files that comply with the PDF/X:1a (2001 or higher) standard requirements.
- In the PDF file name, please include the title of the work, dimensions, and, if applicable, bleed (5mm). For multi-page files, each page should be presented individually in consecutive order, including any necessary blank pages.
- Files intended for trimming must include a 5mm bleed. Ensure that essential elements on the page are not positioned closer to the edge than 5mm.
- All objects must be converted to CMYK or Grayscale color space.
- All fonts used in the design must be embedded or vectorized in the PDF file. Black text and color images should be in the same file.
How to send us your files?
There are multiple options. You can:
- Send your files to our email address (up to 10 MB in size).
- Use file-sharing programs like WeTransfer, Dropbox, or similar services.
- Upload files directly to the FTP server (access available upon request).
For the most accurate printing of multi-page files, we recommend providing a printed sample.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
