FILE REQUIREMENTS
We accept professionally prepared PDF ready-to-print files which meet the requirements of PDF/X-4 (ISO 15930-7) standard.
- In each page of the PDF file, you need to specify trim marks (TrimBox), it is necessary to leave bleeds from 3 to 5 mm (BleedBox).
- The trim marks should be placed at a distance of at least 5 mm from the cut line, and also do not place important elements closer than 5 mm to the cut line (TrimBox).
- All objects must be converted to CMYK or Grayscale color spaces. All used fonts have to be embedded in the PDF file.
- PDF files must be all pages in the right order (included blank pages) in one file. Colored images and black text must be in one file.
To print a multi-page file correctly, we recommend that you provide us with the original layout, printed and stapled in any way.
FILE UPLOAD
You can send us files using our e-mail (up to 10MB file-size) or using WeTransfer, Dropbox or another similar service provider.
Once we receive your order and files, our prepress staff will view through the files. If any discrepancies occur, we will inform you about them. We have a possibility of making minor adjustments, for an additional charge. Please, note that in either case, the print schedule may be affected.
Access to the FTP server is available upon request. Always tell us when files are uploaded to FTP, as well as the name of the folder and files.
